Garage Verdict
No press trips. No manufacturer paychecks. Just the stone cold truth about cars, earned from behind the wheel.
"The best car in the world is the one that makes you feel something every single time you sit behind the wheel."
— Garage Verdict ManifestoGarage Verdict is an independent automotive publication. We are not affiliated with any manufacturer, dealer group, or automotive conglomerate. Our revenue does not depend on keeping a PR department happy. That independence is the only reason our verdicts mean anything.
We cover performance cars, driver's cars, and the culture surrounding them. We write buyers guides that tell you what to actually watch out for. We review cars the way a buyer would — not the way a launch event is designed to make you feel.
A spec sheet tells you what the engineers intended. A full tank of fuel on your favourite road tells you what the car actually is. We favour the latter.
We do not take press cars in exchange for positive coverage. We do not take editorial fees. If we say a car is good, it is because it is good.
The garage guides we publish come from ownership experience, workshop conversations, and real repair bills. We are not recycling manufacturer talking points.
If a car has a problem, we say so. If a running cost is brutal, we publish the number. Our readers deserve the information that manufacturers would prefer stayed quiet.
The Garage is our long-form technical and ownership content — buy guides, track day prep articles, tuning comparisons, and everything else that requires more than a short review to do properly. It is where we go deep on the cars our readers actually own and are considering buying.
If you are trying to decide whether to buy an F85 X5 M, or which steering rack to fit to your E36, or whether MHD or Bootmod3 better suits your build — that is what The Garage is for.

Over the past 15 years, my passion for the automotive world has evolved into a genuine desire to give back to the community. I've seen firsthand the frustration of dealing with outdated forum guides and unreliable reviews — the kind of misinformation that makes you second-guess a project halfway through.
I understand the value of a dollar and the financial commitment this hobby requires. My goal isn't to flood this site with ads; I value function and aesthetics too much for that. However, to keep the lights on and the content flowing, you will see occasional affiliate links. My promise to you is that those links will only support the high-quality, actionable information you came here for.
